Yum Yum Tree Fudge have been creating handmade fudge since 2009, we have created more than 100 flavours to date.
One of the best parts of our little business is meeting and interacting with our new and loyal customers, who inspire and encourage us to keep doing what we love. We do not allow the cost of premium ingredients affect our decision for their use, in fact, we try and source the finest ingredients because it is what sets us apart from others.
At Yum Yum Tree Fudge we value the environment, we have solar panels on our roof and two large Tesla batteries that store the solar power, 9 months of the year we run on solar power and also sell our green electricity back to the grid, during the winter months we use renewable green power from Octopus Energy. In 2022 we achieved the Gold Carbon Charter Award.
We use natural flavours and colourings and British Sugar because we live in East Anglia, renowned for sugar beet cultivation. However, we also try to reduce the amount of sugar in our fudge and replace it with a natural sweetener derived from birch trees.
In January 2026 Adrian & Lily retired and we (sisters jenny & Marina) took over the business, we have both worked within the business for eight years, so we can confirm that it's business as usual and our fudge is still the same quality that you have come to expect.
