DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries

We strive to send out your order on the same day as we receive your order, by first class Royal Mail, but cannot guarantee same day dispatch.

When orders arrive after 3pm we we will dispatch the following day.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. (or if we are out at events on some Fridays also)

If we encounter any queries on you order we'll contact you to solve the issue. When the the matter is cleared, we will then be able to dispatch the order.
