About our fudge
Our fudge is made with British butter, British milk, and British sugar, mostly grown in East Anglia.
Our secret recipes are Gluten Free, Nut Free and without Eggs or Hydrogenated Fats, leaving you a great melt in the mouth fudge.
All our flavours are lovingly created and developed to produce a superior product with a texture that is smooth and creamy, not too grainy, or chewy and cloying. We insist on all-natural flavours and natural colours, real extracts and real inclusions; Real mango chunks in our Alphonso Mango fudge, Fresh Rhubarb in our Rhubarb Fudge and our Carrot Cake Fudge is made with handmade Glace Carrots.
