About our fudge

Our fudge is made with British Sugar grown in East Anglia, British Milk and British and Irish Butter. Our secret recipes are gluten-free, no nuts, no eggs or hydrogenated fats to stick to your mouth. Good fudge melts in the mouth.

We insist on all-natural flavours and natural colours, real extracts and real inclusions;  Real mango chunks in our Alphonso Mango fudge or Fresh Rhubarb in our Rhubarb  Fudge, and our Carrot Cake Fudge is made with handmade Glace Carrots. All our flavours are lovingly created and developed to produce a superior product with a texture that is smooth and creamy, not too grainy or chewy and cloying.
