At Yum Yum Tree Fudge, we take great pride in crafting delicious, high-quality fudge. Your satisfaction is important to us! If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our fudge, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include:
A brief description of the issue
A photo of the product and packaging
Your order number

We will either issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this time, we may have already begun preparing your fudge, and cancellation may not be possible.

We list all ingredients clearly. If you have allergies or specific taste preferences, please read carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to accept returns for taste or allergy concerns.
