Brought to life by Britain's top re-enactment groups, there's something for everyone: fearsome gladiators battling it out in the arena or local tribesmen attacking Roman soldiers, falconry, archery, and some fabulous engines of war. High-quality crafting, donkey rides, dressing up, chatting to enthusiastic and knowledgeable re-enactors who are always keen to share their passion. Traders and artisans will be filling our Romano-British market and there's a programme of talks, panel discussions, and workshops in the Talk Tent.
With plenty of room to picnic and play and a wide choice of lovely food and drink
