This historic coastal town’s festival draws thousands of food-lovers each year, promising an action-packed weekend full of immersive culinary theatre and some of the region’s top talent.
Almost 100 of the finest producers - The Victoria Gardens, with their unique clifftop location, will be awash with an impressive range of almost 100 traders of ales and ciders, award winning bakery, confectionery, pickles, preserves and cheese and our fudge.
Marquee: Taking to the stage, throughout the 3 days, will be a cast of exceptional chefs, that includes Michelin starred Stephen Harris, The Sportsman, Seasalter, Broadstairs newies, Tony & Becky Rodd of Fifteen Square Metres, Broadstairs, recently crowned Newcomer of the Year, Kent Life Food and Drink awards, and National Chef of the Year finalist 2025, Craig Edgell of Buoy & Oyster, Margate.
Ticketed events: Ale lovers will be offered a rare opportunity to meet local brewers and experience the unique taste of green hop ale. It is a limited-edition ale, particular to harvest time.
No festival would be complete without a wine tasting. This autumn, the festival will feature, not one but, two taste sessions. Biddenden’s Tom Barnes will partner Steve Parker as they share their twin passions: cheese and wine and Alex Prymaka closes the weekend with a twist: a blind wine tasting session to tease palettes. A lively session and a fitting end to the festival weekend.
Foot tapping : A festival is not a festival without music and Broadstairs won’t be the exception to the rule. There is ample outdoor seating around the bandstand, with local musicians on Friday and Saturday , closing with Thanet Concert Band on Sunday. (Music 14.00 – 16.00)
