Clotted Cream Fudge

Clotted Cream fudge has been a hotly requested flavour for many years, so to make it more yum yum, we of course, had to make our own homemade clotted cream. 

A lengthy process of gently  ''cooking'' copious amounts of wonderful British Double cream, in the oven for 12 hours until the cream clots. The clotted cream is then cooled and a delectable crust is formed.

We then eagerly add every single spoonful into our fudge.

Ingredients: Sugar, Condensed Milk (Milk, Sugar), Clotted Cream 19% (Milk), Salted Butter (Milk & salt), Sweetener (Xylitol), Milk & Sea Salt.
