This is our second Cake inspired Fudge in our Specials range, this Carrot Cake Fudge is definitely an Autumn and Winter flavour. We use copious amounts of real fresh Carrots that are first candied in sugar and Cinnamon and then added to our fudge.
No artificial colours or flavours, suitable for vegetarians, gluten free and no nuts in any of our recipes. Can also be eaten frozen!

I love this flavour fudge - as do my colleagues. They were dubious... and then they sampled. It's not too sweet with an almost cake texture. It tastes JUST like carrot cake.
